HUSTLING IS STRUGGLING. PERIOD.

I know because I was stuck in the hustling habit for years.

It often resembled pouring my heart and soul into something I loved, but neglecting other important aspects of my life throwing it completely out of balance, sound familiar?

You probably assumed (like me) that if you followed your dream, the joy would follow along, too.

...and you did what you said you'd NEVER do...

You delayed your happiness telling yourself that once you achieved this goal and that milestone, THEN you'll rest, read a book, make time for self-care, fun, family & friends.

The only trouble? There's always a new goal to reach so you keep hustlin' until you eventually burn out.

Unfortunately, that approach isn't sustainable and limits your creativity and your potential.

Can you relate?

Hi, I'm Krista, a certified life coach, freelancer, and advocate of doing what you love without sacrificing EVERYTHING you love to get there.

When I launched my coaching business back in January of 2015, I worked incredibly long hours for months, hustlin' to make my dream happen. I'd wake up early to work and go to bed late to…well…continue working.

I skipped meals and sacrificed sleep—and even worse—I abandoned relationships, fun, and everything in between to make my vision a reality.

I kept negotiating the non-negotiable to #MakeItHappen.

I believed that in order to build a heart-based business and create the freedom lifestyle I dreamed of, I needed to put all my energy into that one thing.

...but eventually, that mentality and method for achieving my goals broke me.

I was tired, irritable and my creative well was dry.

I was doing what I loved, but barely looked up from my laptop long enough to enjoy it.

Have you been there?
